These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Wondergate's website, the Wondergate mobile application, our ticketing and merchandise services, and any related products or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, pass, or product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who These Terms Are With

Wondergate is operated by Wondergate LLC, a California limited liability company headquartered in San Diego.

References to "Wondergate," "we," "us," or "our" mean Wondergate LLC and its affiliated brands and services.

Eligibility

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Wondergate may verify age at event entry by checking a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of entry without refund.

Your Account

You may maintain only one account per person.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining current contact information
  • Protecting your login credentials and devices

Wondergate is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the Services
  • Ticket scalping or prohibited resale activity
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Underage use
Tickets — Purchases

Ticket sales through Wondergate are processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Wondergate to charge the listed purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Upon successful purchase:

  • A confirmation will be sent to your email or phone number
  • Your ticket may appear in your Wondergate account or digital wallet
Tickets — Tiers and Event Rules

Events may offer multiple ticket tiers, including but not limited to:

  • General Admission
  • Early Entry
  • VIP
  • Presale Access

Any tier-specific benefits or restrictions displayed at checkout or on the event page are considered part of the purchase agreement and may not be modified after purchase.

Tickets — Presales and Access Codes

Certain events may include:

  • Pre-registration lists
  • Presale access codes
  • Staggered on-sale windows

Access codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be publicly distributed.

Wondergate reserves the right to cancel purchases associated with leaked, abused, or unauthorized access codes.

Tickets — Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions:

  • If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise specified

If a rescheduled event offers refunds, refund requests must be submitted within the stated request period.

Per-event refund policies displayed at the time of purchase take precedence where applicable.

Tickets — Transfers and Resale

Wondergate tickets are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, scalping, or resale above face value may result in:

  • Ticket cancellation
  • Refusal of entry
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

Wondergate is not responsible for:

  • Third-party resale transactions
  • Counterfeit tickets
  • Duplicate tickets
  • Altered or tampered tickets

Where permitted, ticket holders may transfer tickets privately by sharing the ticket QR code or approved transfer method. Entry remains subject to valid identification and event rules.

Lost Ticket Access

If you lose access to your ticket, you may retrieve it through your Wondergate account or the Wondergate app.

For security reasons, Wondergate may require verification before assisting with ticket recovery.

Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

Certain Wondergate events may be distributed or sold through third-party ticketing partners including DICE, Resident Advisor, and Fourvenues.

For purchases made through those platforms:

  • The payment transaction and platform-specific ticket terms are governed by that platform
  • Wondergate may receive attendee information associated with the purchase
  • Wondergate may use that information for customer support, operational purposes, and Wondergate-related marketing communications in accordance with applicable law and communication preferences

Wondergate is not responsible for technical, billing, or platform-related issues originating from third-party ticketing providers.

Multi-Event Passes

Multi-event passes ("Passes") are prepaid admissions valid only for the eligible events, dates, and tiers listed at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Passes are non-refundable
  • Passes are non-transferable
  • Unused admissions expire after the pass validity period ends

Once a pass redemption is confirmed for a specific event, that redemption is final.

Merchandise Orders

Merchandise orders are processed and shipped from San Diego.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Merchandise Returns

Eligible apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect merchandise upon arrival.

Claims regarding damaged items, missing items, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

SMS / Text Messaging

By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Wondergate, including:

  • Login verification codes
  • Event announcements
  • Presales
  • Ticket updates
  • Promotional communications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

SMS communications may be delivered using providers including Twilio and Laylo.

Event Conduct

By attending a Wondergate event, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted event policies
  • Comply with staff and security instructions
  • Present valid government-issued identification upon request
  • Submit to reasonable security screening where permitted by law

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Violence or threats
  • Harassment
  • Illegal drug sales
  • Weapons possession
  • Dangerous or disruptive behavior

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the event without refund and possible suspension from future events.

Code of Conduct

Wondergate is committed to maintaining safe and respectful environments.

Harassment or discrimination based on protected characteristics — including race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age — may result in immediate removal and permanent banning from Wondergate events and services.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Services — including logos, artwork, graphics, text, video, software, branding, and design — are owned by Wondergate or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

Assumption of Risk

By attending a live event, you voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with crowded environments, loud audio, lighting effects, and live entertainment.

Wondergate is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury except where prohibited by law
  • Lost or stolen property
  • Actions of third parties
  • Conditions outside Wondergate's reasonable control
Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wondergate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wondergate's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable ticket, pass, or product.

Wondergate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wondergate and its affiliates, employees, contractors, artists, partners, and representatives from claims or damages arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your conduct at events
  • Your violation of applicable law
Force Majeure

Wondergate is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Labor disputes
  • Internet or utility outages
  • Third-party platform failures
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal dispute relating to the Services must be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Diego.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing legal action, you agree to first contact info@wondergate.com and attempt informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts described above.

Changes to These Terms

Wondergate may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any event-specific rules or policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Wondergate regarding the Services.
